That's more like it

After some good advice from my mother-in-law and from Dallin, I finally figured out how to make these appliques work! yipee! Of course it took another bear and an owl to get it right, but I have a feeling each animal will turn out better than the last from here on out. Since I promised a picture here is one, however the eyes aren't done on either and the owl has a paper nose... I will be adding those details later. Once all the animals are complete then I will applique them onto circles made of minky. So the border of the animals aren't done now either... in therory they should look even better than they do now. Anyway here is the photo.
