Orenco Woods Nature Park

Today must have been one of the first sunny Saturdays of the year. It is so beautiful out! Because of the buckets of rain we've been having since, well since fall, we've learned to really take advantage of the few moments of sun we get.

Today we headed over to the new Orenco Woods Nature Park to have a picnic. It was an awesome park and we had so much fun today.

There were giant heads made out of willow sticks, twigs, and branches. Over 150 volunteers made these heads and they are quite the sight! Emmett was too scared of them to even go close but Benton and Adalyn were brave enough to venture inside for a picture.

They park was great, the sun was fabulous, and the picnic was delicious.
