It's that time again

To do something about that crazy hair. It was way too long. We were ready to cut it a few weeks ago but wanted to wait until after he was Dash to do it. 

I didn't want it to be as short as it was last time so I decided to try cutting it with scissors rather than with our clippers. If I messed up I could just use the clippers and have it be shorter that I wanted, but still look decent.
